『ONE PIECE』
In ONE PIECE, Tony Tony Chopper, the reindeer doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates, shouts this whenever a crewmate praises him. When someone tells him he is amazing, he insists that it does not make him happy at all. But at the same time he grins, wiggles his body and dances with joy, so everyone can see how pleased he really is.

It is a running gag that appears many times in the series, so the wording varies from scene to scene. An official figure of Chopper was even named after the line (嬉しくねェよコノヤロー ver.). It may also be imitated jokingly when someone is praised and feels shy.

•「褒められたって」= even if I'm praised (passive 褒められる + 〜たって "even if"). •「がっ」= an emphatic ending.

The words say "not happy", but Chopper means the opposite; this is a joke about hiding embarrassment. Also, 褒められる here is passive ("be praised"), not potential ("can praise").
