In volume 4 of HELLSING, the Major, leader of the Nazi remnant group Millennium, gives a long speech to his battalion before they attack London. After saying again and again "Gentlemen, I love war," he asks what they want, and the soldiers shout "Krieg!" (war). The Major answers with this, then says that an ordinary war is no longer enough.
文化的な背景：

The speech runs about 13 pages in the manga and ends with the order to start "Operation Sea Lion II" over London. Krieg is German for war, fitting a battalion of Nazi survivors. On Internet forums, many parodies of the speech were written with the words swapped. 「よろしい、ならば〇〇だ」 may also be used as a joke when accepting a challenge, such as a friendly argument over a favorite character.
