Scene in the Original Work:

In the first The Legend of Zelda (1986, Famicom Disk System), Link can enter secret caves hidden around Hyrule. In some of them waits a Moblin, a monster that is normally an enemy. Instead of attacking, it gives Link some rupees (money) and says this.

Cultural Context:

Like other text in this game, the line is written all in katakana. The English version, "IT'S A SECRET TO EVERYBODY", became famous too, and lines like it appear in other games. Shigeru Miyamoto has explained that the words have layers: the money is a secret from others, and the Moblin is also hiding from its fellow monsters that it helped Link. It may also be used, half-jokingly, when sharing a small secret.

英語版の「IT'S A SECRET TO EVERYBODY」も有名になり、ほかのゲームでも似たセリフが登場する。
