In Orb: On the Movements of the Earth, young Draka is sunk in grief after her father's death. Her uncle teaches her three "spells" for getting through her troubles, and one of them is "Think." He says this line, then explains that reading is not for becoming well-informed but for thinking: connecting pieces of information and turning them into knowledge you can use.

It is from volume 6 of the manga (episode 17 of the anime). The full line continues: 「『物知りになる為』じゃないぞ。『考える為』だ。」 ("Not 'to become well-informed'. It's 'to think'.") The uncle is named Dhruv (ドゥルーヴ).
