使用シーン：
『ニンジャスレイヤー』で、未来都市ネオサイタマの一般市民が、突然目の前に現れたニンジャを見て叫ぶ悲鳴。この世界ではニンジャは存在しないものとされ、見た人は強いショックで失禁や気絶をしてしまうこともある。これはNRS（ニンジャ・リアリティ・ショック）と呼ばれている。
