使用シーン：
『天才バカボン』で、バカボンのパパが、賛成か反対かを聞かれたときなどに、おなじみの口ぐせとしてこう答える。対になる「賛成の反対なのだ」という形もある。
In Tensai Bakabon, Bakabon's Papa uses this as one of his catchphrases, typically when he is asked whether he agrees or disagrees with something. The paired form 「賛成の反対なのだ」 also appears.

答えのようでいて、賛成なのか反対なのか分からないところがおかしさになっている。はっきり答えたくないときに、冗談で言うこともある。
It sounds like an answer, but it leaves it unclear which side Papa is on, and that confusion is the joke. People may also say it jokingly when they don't want to give a clear yes or no.
