大門未知子は、どの病院にも属さず、やりたい手術だけを引き受けるフリーランスの外科医。毎回のクライマックスで、周りが難しい手術を疑うと、彼女は落ち着いてこう言い、手術に向かう。
Michiko Daimon is a freelance surgeon who belongs to no hospital and takes only the operations she wants. In the climax of each episode, when others doubt a very hard operation, she says this calmly before going in.

2012年から続くテレビドラマ『ドクターX』の決めゼリフ。自信たっぷりで、少し冷たく言い切るのがポイント。ほかの番組でパロディにされたこともある。自分は絶対にうまくやれる、と冗談で言うときに使うこともある。
