Near the end of almost every episode, after a sword fight with the bad officials and their men, Mito Komon's companion Kaku-san holds up an inro (small case) with the Tokugawa family crest and shouts this line.
Mito Komon is a long-running TV period drama about Tokugawa Mitsukuni, a retired lord who travels Japan in disguise and punishes evil. When the crest is shown, everyone realizes who he is and bows down. This scene is so famous that showing proof that ends an argument is called 「印籠を出す」. The line may also be used as a joke when showing a badge, ID or strong evidence.
•「紋所」= family crest. •「目に入る」= to come into view, to be seen. •「か」= question; here a rhetorical "don't you see?".
目に入らぬか literally asks "does it not enter your eyes?", but it really means "look at this and know who we are!" ぬ is an old negative still used in period dramas.
