In the final battle of Part 3, Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro corners DIO on the streets of Cairo. DIO escapes to where the beaten Joseph lies and drains all of his blood. The Joestar blood suits his body perfectly, and he becomes stronger than before. Overjoyed, DIO grinds his finger into his own head and shouts this line. His time stop now lasts up to nine seconds.
