Shizuku, a junior high school girl who loves books, writes her own Japanese lyrics to "Country Roads", including a joke version called "Concrete Road". A boy she doesn't know reads them and says, "You'd better stop with 'Concrete Road'." On the way home, angry, she shouts this line three times.

Cultural Context:
The boy turns out to be Seiji Amasawa, whose name Shizuku had seen on her library cards and been curious about. The scene where she meets the person she will fall for is a funny, honest first impression. The line may also be used as a joke when someone says something annoying but true.
