Scene in the Original Work:
To stop a fight, Madoka throws Sayaka's Soul Gem off a bridge, and Sayaka's body suddenly goes limp. Kyubey then reveals that the Soul Gem is a magical girl's real soul. To the shocked girls, Kyubey says this line and adds, "Why do humans care so much about where their souls are?"

Kyubey has no feelings, and this calm line shows the cold gap between it and humans. Online it is used when something makes no sense, sometimes written in triple brackets as 「「「わけがわからないよ」」」. In the film Rebellion, it is also heard as the cry of many Incubators at once.
