Cultural Context:

HERO aired in Fuji TV's Monday 9 p.m. slot in 2001, starring Takuya Kimura, and was followed by a second series in 2014 and films. The bar master, played by Yoji Tanaka, says almost nothing but this line, which became a running gag; he sometimes even brings out a handkerchief or a lighter. It may also be used as a joke when you happen to have just what someone needs.
